Here is an instructional video for Leopard from Qigong’s 5 animal flow. Leopard is for balancing the wood element . Helps with clear thinking and releasing anger and frustration; physically helps the ligaments, tendons and fascia creating better mobility, moving stagnant energy and blockages to allow the Qi to flow.
